The reigning team must put the shield up for grabs the very next round, creating relentless drama. From historic winning streaks to heartbreaking one-week tenures, records are constantly set and shattered on court.
Wednesday night showdowns
Contested strictly during our Wednesday night 4-a-side competition, the stakes could not be higher. The defending champions put the shield on the line during the very first game of the night only. Survive the opener, and the shield stays in your hands for another weekâfalter, and a new champion is crowned on the spot.
